Shipping Policy
At AVIP Pickleball, we are committed to delivering high-performance paddles from our factory directly to your hands. By cutting out the middleman, we offer pro-level quality at factory-direct prices.
1. Order Processing Time (Turnaround Time)
Please note that Processing Time is different from Shipping Time.

In-Stock Items (Standard Paddles):
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped. -
Custom / Personalized Orders:
Since we manufacture custom paddles on-demand to ensure the highest quality, please allow 7-15 business days for production before shipment. -
Wholesale / Bulk Orders:
For bulk orders (over 20 units), processing time will be confirmed via email based on our factory production schedule.
Note: Processing does not take place on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or weather conditions.

For B2B bulk orders, we offer Sea Freight (25-40 days) or Air Freight options. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
AVIP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
5. Shipping Origin
All our products are designed and manufactured in our own facility in China. By shipping directly from our factory, we ensure strict quality control and reduce unnecessary warehousing costs for you.
6. Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at xinwei@avippkb.com with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
